The project is a new spec 676,000 sf distribution/storage warehouse built on land next to and on the property of the Lewis University Airport. Because no tenant is scheduled for the building, the focus was mainly on the site development and efficient spec HVAC for the space. While the building footprint was large and fairly empty, the project pace and scope was pretty fast-paced.
