Harper Court Interior Build Out – UofC Facility Services
Part of a larger 1.1 million square foot development, the University of Chicago occupies all of the top floors of the tower. All of Facility Services staff moved from an old facilities building to this traditional office space to accommodate the growth of the department while also meeting the university’s strategic sustainability plan. The project was working under a condensed schedule and heavily focused on materials. Building finished construction in October 2013 and received LEED Platinum status December 2013.
