Part of the Chicago Public School district’s plan to expand the capacity of existing schools. The one-story Annex with a two-story link will include site development work and renovations to the existing building. The project is working within the school year schedule to address all site work and changes. Candid Sustainability is not only working with the Architect but also the Architect’s LEED consultant and work done through JOC.
