Wood Hill Crossings East

This warehouse/office building, with no future tenant scheduled for occupancy, was designed for flexibility for a future tenant to pursue LEED Commercial Interiors. Working on a fast tracked schedule, the project is scheduled to finish construction in November 2016. Candid Sustainability’s role on the project is to provide energy modeling design and performance verification as well as being the Commissioning Authority. Candid is also working with the whole project team to verify projected LEED credits and is providing support for the LEED Administration where necessary.
