Can a person be LEED certified?
No, only buildings can be LEED certified, people however can be LEED Accredited - Green Associate (GA) for general knowledge of LEED, and Accredited Professional (AP with specialty) for specific LEED rating systems.
What is a LEED consultant?
A LEED consultant is a member of the project team that is responsible for the management of the green goals and maintaining the LEED scorecard. The person collects and analyzes data and identies the needs and strategies to meet the desired goals.

LEED certification becomes more difficult when the process is started after construction but it is attainable.
How long does the LEED process take?
LEED Certification can take a few months to a year to receive a certificate. First, time is needed for the last waste report to be submitted. With a combined design & construction review, 4-6 weeks is need for an initial reveiw by a LEED reviewer, a month's response time, and another 4-6 weeks for final approval.
How soon can you start and what do you need?
WE can start the process right away. All we would need is the project's name, architectural/conceptual drawings, assumed construction start & end dates, square footage, and desired LEED certification level.
