South Loop Elementary School

This project consists of the construction of a 120,000-square-foot, 4-story elementary school and site improvements. The school will accommodate approximately 1,200 students and will house classrooms, science and computer labs, art and music rooms, a multipurpose room, gym with stage, library, kitchen and dining area, administrative center and student services suite, and a rooftop play area. Site work includes a parking lot, play area, landscaping and right-of-way improvements. Candid Sustainability coordinated the LEED administration between the architects, owners, engineers, general contractors, and subs. Certification expected March 2019.
