US Bank Downers Grove

This was a small new construction project as part of a move from an older nearby facility and slated for LEED Certified certification when Candid was asked to join the project. The project was constructed in compliance to LEED but most of the documentation was missing or incomplete. Candid was able to work with the GC, subs, and out of state architects on completing all of the documentation and attempting an extra Design credit to move the project up to LEED Silver certification to the delight of the owners.
