The Craftsman is a three story renovation of an existing restaurant space and building in the heart of downtown Naperville. The building will feature an extended dining and nightlife area to the city from a well-known local company. Candid Sustainability is providing enhanced commissioning and energy modeling services as well as supporting the project team on their first LEED for Retail project.
